About Ms. Davis
Tiffani Davis proudly serves as the Assistant Principal of Officer Donald J. Marquez Elementary School. A Chicago native and proud product of Chicago Public Schools. She began her career as a 1st grade teacher and has since served in roles spanning reading intervention, special education, instructional coaching, and school leadership. These experiences have shaped her commitment to creating rigorous, joyful, and student centered learning environments where all students can thrive.
At Marquez, Ms. Davis focuses on instructional leadership, teacher development, MTSS, and data driven school improvement. She is especially passionate about literacy, educational equity, and developing educators as reflective practitioners and leaders. Ms. Davis holds an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in educational leadership. Above all, Ms. Davis believes students deserve to be known, challenged, supported, and celebrated. She also believes that strong schools are built when educators work collectively to make excellence possible for every child.
